We see Jinkee Pacquiao lead a queenly life as Mrs. Pacman, the wife of one of the greatest boxers who ever lived, Manny Pacquiao. From Jinkee’s humble roots in Saranggani Province to a high life rubbing elbows with international celebrities like hotel heiress Paris Hilton, NEWS5’s Anggulo probes into the life of the woman behind the Filipino boxer’s success this Wednesday after AKSYON JournalisMO on TV5.

Multi-awarded broadcast journalist and NEWS5 chief Luchi Cruz-Valdes leads senior reporters Jove Francisco, Benjie Dorango, Maricel Halili, Ina Zara and Roices Naguit-Sibal in the newest public affairs program to present different perspectives in the lives of the hottest newsmakers today and look at the different facets of their lives—from their humble beginnings to the most controversial issues they are facing.

The show also features lesser known truths about Jinkee and reveals never before seen aspects of her life.

Correspondent Ina Zara documents Jinkee’s glamorous life as she makes her own name among this country’s celebrities. From her photo shoot for a well-known beauty clinic to her designer bags and their newly acquired house in Forbes Park, Jinkee is set to prove that she is now ready for the limelight.

Meanwhile, correspondent Jove Francisco flies to Sarangani to look back at Jinkee’s life before fame and fortune came to their life. Lastly, correspondent Roices Naguit-Sibal looks into Jinkee’s pivotal role as financial manager in the Pacquiao business empire. Roices witnesses how Jinkee singlehandedly manages all the businesses that they are venturing in. Anggulo also probes deeper into Mrs. Pacman’s life as a mother and a wife besieged by intrigues.

The Koreanovela that received the most trophies in the 2010 SBS Drama Awards hits primetime beginning this Monday.

“Big Thing” stars Ko Hyun Jung, who portrayed Lady Mishil in Queen Seon Deok. This time, however, she is no longer the villain but is now the main protagonist of the story.

Kwon Sang Woo, who is popularly known as Cholo in Stairway to Heaven, also makes a comeback and plays as a prosecutor named Edward Ha.

The story of “Big Thing” tells of Maureen’s (Ko Hyun Jung) rise to power as the first female president of South Korea. She started as a TV announcer who protested against the government because of her husband’s death in the hands of terrorists.

Two men aid her to succeed in politics: Edward, her friend who secretly loves her; and Victor Kang (Cha In Pyo), the congressman who urged her to run for president for his own ambitions.

Can Maureen survive the difficult and sometimes dirty world of politics? Whom should she trust? Is there a room for love in her life — both as a single mom and as a head of state?

Big Thing promises a highly interesting and relatable plot to the Filipino people. After having two female presidents, Filipinos will definitely want to know the ins and outs of politics from a strong woman’s point of view.
