Rebecca Black had her network TV debut on America’s Got Talent singing a medley of her latest song “My Moment” and America’s most-hated song “Friday.”

Although Black’s song “Friday” is being touted as the worst song ever, it became a massive YouTube hit! People who said they hate the song’s music video found themselves drawn watching it from beginning to end out of curiosity. I think it’s the song’s catchy melody that made it a “hit.”

PINE BLUFF, Ark. — A black teenager is suing an Arkansas school district, contending her high school discriminated against her by refusing to let her be sole valedictorian even though she had the highest grade-point average.

Girl’s clean water wish takes off after her death Races' wealth gap has become a chasm Debt talk damage has already been done Risky pelvic mesh highlights worries about FDA Alaska's Inside Passage iPhony: Inside China’s counterfeit Apple store Rolling restaurants: Some cities floor it, others brake

Kymberly L. Wimberly, 18, filed the lawsuit last week in federal court in Pine Bluff against McGehee School District, its superintendent and the high school principal.

Wimberly, who graduated in May, got all “A’s” and just one “B” while at McGehee Secondary School, the suit says.

“Even though she had the highest Grade Point Average (G.P.A.) in her class, Defendants forced Wimberly to share the title of Valedictorian with a white student,” the lawsuit says. “Defendants’ actions were part of a pattern and practice of school administrators and personnel treating the African-American students less favorably than Caucasian students.”

Blacks represent about 46 percent of the 500-plus student body at McGehee Secondary, according to the lawsuit.

A message left with the office of Superintendent Thomas Gathen, who is black, was not immediately returned Monday evening.

The lawsuit, first reported on Monday by Courthouse News Service, says Wimberly’s mother, Molly Bratton, overheard other school staff talking in the copy room on May 10 that Wimberly’s status as valedictorian might cause a “big mess.”  (Wimberly had a baby during her junior year, according to court documents.)

The next day, Principal Darrell Thompson went into Bratton’s office and told her that he had decided to name a white student, who had a lower GPA, as co-valedictorian, the suit contends.

Both students spoke at commencement in May, said Wimberly attorney, John W. Walker.

Bratton contends the superintendent wouldn't allow her to speak to the school board to challenge the decision until graduation had passed.

The lawsuit seeks punitive damages and requests that school records be changed to show Wimberly as sole valedictorian.

Wimberly plans to attend Harding University in Searcy, Ark., in the fall, Walker said.

Home » Game » Game Call of Duty: Black Ops Call of Duty: Black Ops[Mediafire][Multi Links inludes MU,HF,RS etc]
Call of Duty: Black Ops takes place during the Cold War. The player mainly controls two characters: Alex Mason and Jason Hudson who are Studies and Observations Group operatives on missions behind enemy lines, in locations such as the Ural Mountains, Laos, Cuba, and Vietnam. Cuban leader "Fidel Castro" will play a crucial role in the single player campaign. One of the characters from the Soviet campaign of World at War, Viktor Reznov, will return as Alex Mason's comrade.

Campaign:
The player assumes the role of various characters during the single-player campaign, changing perspectives throughout the story. The playable characters are special forces operatives conducting black operations behind enemy lines. In this way, the player's characters will have their own traits such as voices and shadows. Each mission features a series of objectives that are displayed on the heads-up display, which marks the direction and distance towards and from such objectives. The player is accompanied by friendly troops who cannot be issued orders. Although primarily a first-person shooter, the player will get to pilot a Hind helicopter and guide friendly troops from an SR-71 Blackbird reconnaissance aircraft. The campaign is filled with scripted cinematic moments. One of them is a bullet time effect during the "Victor Charlie" level, activated when the player fires toward the last enemy of a Viet Cong squad.

Multiplayer:
The online multiplayer mode of Black Ops retains the experience points and unlockable reward system that has been kept since Call of Duty 4. The game's multiplayer focuses on socialization and customization. "Create-a-Class 2.0" will allow enhanced personalization with appearance items as well as upgradable perks: weapons will be extensively customizable with clan tag writing, emblems, attachments and camouflage painting. Character models will depend on the first tier perk instead of the weapon's type. Furthermore, face paints can be unlocked. Online split screen (which was featured in Call of Duty 3) is re-introduced on Xbox 360 and PS3. The guest account can rank up but will be reset after each sign out. Only on Xbox 360, a second Gold Xbox Live account can be brought to keep the second player's progression. Some PC specific features that were taken away from Infinity Ward's Modern Warfare 2 will return, such as lean, mod tools, the developer console and dedicated servers.Dedicated servers will be exclusively provided by Game Servers. Steam will be the exclusive platform for Black Ops on PC, so the game will be protected by Valve Anti-Cheat. The zombie mode of World at War will return as a four-player online and two-player split screen co-op mode in which players take the roles of John F. Kennedy, Richard Nixon, Robert McNamara, and Fidel Castro as they fight zombies at the Pentagon. Limited editions of the game will offer four zombies maps from World at War.
