Miss Philippines Shamcey Supsup makes it to various Top 15 Miss Universe 2011 contestants lists, the latest of which is from popular pageant website Global Beauties.

After a decade “in the dark”, it looks like the Philippines has managed to be back on track, and shall compete strongly for the second consecutive year in Miss U. Shamcey is very charming and as one of the faces of the competition. Like in 2010, the pageant-fanatic Filipino fans have good reasons to rave about.
