HTC has announced two new WP7 handsets today, a 3.8-inch HTC Radar and a bigger 4.7? HTC Titan running on Windows Phone 7 Mango.

The giant handset seems like an upgrade to the HTC’s WP7 flagship phone, the HD7. Expected release date is sometime in October with retail price similar to the HTC HD7.
