The Wrath of Typhoon Pedring in ‘Patrol ng Pilipino’

Filipinos felt a sense of déjà vu when typhoon Pedring hit Metro Manila and the country’s northern provinces last week that reminded them of how typhoons Ondoy and Milenyo ravaged many cities few years ago. Did these past experiences help prepare Filipinos when typhoon Pedring came?

“Patrol ng Pilipino” will tell the stories of those who were greatly affected by the storm and show raw footage taken by ABS-CBN News patrollers when they scoured different places to get their stories when Pedring hit the country.

Meanwhile, reporter Jenny Reyes traverses the routes of Cordillera on her bike to show a disaster-hit Baguio and show an extremely different picture of the Summer Capital of the Philippines. She will join bikers who seek to reforest the mountainous region.
